Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule
Shift: 1500-2330
Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Must be able to work at least 4 shifts of 8 hours.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Current NYS license
- BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.

Compliance / Notes
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the assignment.
- Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.
- Previous staff members will not be considered as travelers.
