Senior Strategist

Job Description Provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. Develops and maintains the visual identity of a brand, network, channel, or organisation, including logo design and the overall look and feel. Defines and selects colour palettes, typography, imagery, and visual elements that consistently express brand positioning and values across all touchpoints. Establishes brand design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across productions and campaigns. Develops and maintains graphic designs and layouts that support brand identity, and reviews design outputs to ensure alignment with established standards and overall brand direction.
