Registered Behavioral Technician

Overview Brighter Mind Therapy, LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for cases located in Highland Park, Arlington Heights, Skokie, and Villa Park. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and team members Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team collaboration sessions as required Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Active RBT certification required High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases Ability to pass background checks and maintain required clearances CPR/BLS certification preferred Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Passion for helping children and families succeed Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow professionally Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling opportunities Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career advancement within the company Apply Today If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and want to be part of a supportive ABA team, we encourage you to apply with Brighter Mind Therapy, LLC.
