Job Description Full Charge Bookkeeper A well-established home builder is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to be a key contributor to a close-knit team. Responsibilities

- Manage the company's day-to-day accounting functions from start to finish
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and payroll tax filings
- Manage subcontractor payments, W-9s, and 1099 reporting
- Reconcile job costs and assist with construction accounting activities
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
- Work closely with ownership on financial reporting and business operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience in residential construction, custom home building, or general contracting preferred
- Knowledge of job costing and construction accounting principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
