Key responsibilities include maintaining a forward-looking, risk-based approach to compliance, overseeing regulatory and examination management, and ensuring the integration of compliance considerations into all business activities. Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in banking compliance, risk, audit, legal, or regulatory affairs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in enhancing compliance programs, managing regulatory examinations, and a deep understanding of consumer and banking compliance requirements.
