Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7:30am

Purpose of the Position:

Perform testing, inspections, and reports of materials and finished products to ensure the quality conforms to all customer and company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Work independently to perform random sample testing on all manufactured products throughout the facility

· Ensure all manufactured products meet specifications and requirements

· Use a variety of tools such as, calipers, rulers, scales, and other quality lab tools

· Perform visual inspections, pull tests, pressure tests, and deconstruct products to check integrity

· Audit containers and packaging for proper labels/counts

· Input data findings into quality tracking system

· Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Basic math skills

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to understand spoken and written English

· Ability to work overtime and needed

· 6 months minimum experience with hand held measuring devices (i.e. calipers, rulers, gages)

· Previous knowledge of injection molding quality

· Knowledge of standard inspection processes and audits

· High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk for 8 plus hours daily

· Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion

· Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects

· Ability to lift 30 plus pounds repeatedly
