Role Description
Mars Men is seeking a Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven creative that supports customer acquisition and business growth. You will partner with our Creative, Growth, and Paid Media teams to translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into compelling concepts, briefs, and testing plans. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly creative thinker who enjoys moving quickly, testing new ideas, and using results to continuously improve the work.
- Develop creative concepts and testing strategies across paid social channels
- Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, creators, and production partners
- Analyze creative performance and translate key learnings into new concepts and iterations
- Partner with Growth and Paid Media to align creative priorities with acquisition goals
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, hooks, formats, audiences, and offers
- Research customer insights, competitive creative, platform trends, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities
- Manage creative timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related role at a DTC brand or agency
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices
- Experience using performance data and customer insights to inform creative strategy
- Strong visual and narrative judgment across short-form video, static, UGC, and other paid social formats
- Experience writing briefs and providing clear, actionable feedback to creative partners
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
