Creative Strategist

Driving creative strategy and performance intelligence, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will own the briefing process for all creative assets, manage UGC creator relationships, and analyze performance data to inform new concepts, all while working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end briefing process for diverse creative formats and maintain a backlog of new concepts Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable briefs Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and performance reviews Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying Demonstrated ability to write production-ready briefs without requiring revisions Fluency in performance data analysis and translating insights into creative direction Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing through delivery Strong copywriting skills across various formats, including scripts and ad copy
