Guidance Clerk

A vacancy exists for a Guidance Clerk for Upper Merion Area School District - High School.

Work Days: 210 days/year (1572 hours/year)

Salary Range: $18.00- $22.00/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to use a computer and other basic office machines.
• Knowledge of Student Information Systems.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar occupation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Guidance Department.
• Promote Scholarship & Summer Program opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the HUB, establish & coordinate college visitations, prepare scholarship information, and establish communications with organizations providing scholarship funding.
• Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate effectively with others. Satisfactory record of attendance required.
