Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Procurement Compliance Manager for one of our clients.

Position: Procurement Compliance Manager

Location: On-site / Workplace

Experience: 7+ Years

Education: Bachelor's degree required (BS/MS in Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred)

Role Overview

The Procurement Compliance Manager leads supply chain risk management, regulatory enforcement, and audit readiness across global procurement operations. Serving as the primary expert in U.S. government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS) and international trade controls (EAR/ITAR), this role ensures data integrity, manages audit defenses, and embeds compliance into day-to-day sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

Regulatory Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of FAR, DFARS, EAR, ITAR, and CPSR audit requirements.
Technical & Data Proficiency: Advanced skill in ERP database queries, data manipulation, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Audit & File Management: Proven track record of reviewing contractual documents and maintaining audit-ready purchase order files.
Communication & Facilitation: Strong ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical training for non-expert audiences and senior leaders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to combine data analytics with supply chain practices to drive informed business decisions.
