Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, roles, and security.
- Configure page layouts, Flows, automation, objects, and data model changes .
- Maintain data quality, duplicate prevention, validation, and data hygiene.
- Support Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud .
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide user support.
- Gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
- Support sandbox preparation, testing, releases, and deployments .
- Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with STS security, governance, documentation, and audit standards .
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal Salesforce teams across a multi-org environment.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
- Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience.
- User management, security, object configuration, Flows and automation .
- Salesforce reporting and data management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/iterative environments.
- Ability to support multiple Salesforce orgs and competing priorities.
