Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our client in Richland Center, WI 53581. This is a temporary 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)Location: Richland Center, WI 53581Contract Length: 13 WeeksStart Date: ASAPShift: Variable Day Shift (8 Hours)Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per WeekWeekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)Job Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output.Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.Document patient care using PointClickCare (PCC).Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.Follow infection control and facility safety protocols.Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care.Requirements:Active Wisconsin CNA Certification.At least 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.PointClickCare (PCC) experience is preferred.Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred.Excellent communication and patient care skills.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
