As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our skilled nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and compassion to our residents at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Muscoda, Wisconsin. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist residents with mealtime and nutrition, including feeding and hydration
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff and charge nurses
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in resident-centered activities and programs
Maintain accurate and timely records of care and services

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
