Community Resource Specialist page is loaded## Community Resource Specialistlocations: 1750-North Florida Administrationtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-385**Job Description:**Purpose:To assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with community integration and connecting them with local resources.Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License and car insurance which meets company standards for approved driver status* Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Social Work, or related field* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team.* Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive situations with tact, kindness, and professionalismEssential Functions:* Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community.* Plans, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of the company.* Organizes community outreach programs.* Uses social media to coordinate community relations.* Responds to inquiries from stakeholders.* Plans, coordinates, and executes special events for the people we support.* Performs other related duties as assignedThis position will remain open until filled.
