Machine Operator – Manufacturing

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values growth, training, and advancement.

• Starting wage of $23.18 per hour
• Structured 24-month wage progression with consistent pay increases

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment issues
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure product quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred
• Familiarity with tooling and precision measuring instruments
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely perform physical and materials handling tasks
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA.

The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mount Joy,PA.
