Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of lead, supervisory, or management experience required
• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills required

Job Duties

• Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations
• Coordinate trailer movements and call trailers to dock doors
• Organize and direct team members on the warehouse floor
• Sort and stage pallets in designated areas
• Communicate operational updates to the Store Delivery Supervisor
• Assist with workflow coordination to meet productivity goals
• Support problem-solving and maintain efficient operations
• Promote safety, teamwork, and attendance standards

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
