BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH WAREHOUSE LEAD – KEASBEY, NJ
We are hiring a Bilingual Spanish/English Warehouse Lead in Keasbey, NJ.
POSITION: Warehouse Lead
LOCATION: Keasbey, NJ
SCHEDULE: Sunday–Thursday
HOURS: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, plus overtime
PAY: $19.50 per hour
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Ability to lead and support warehouse associates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work Sundays through Thursdays
- Must be available for overtime as needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse associates
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling
- Operate forklift as needed
- Monitor productivity and workflow
- Help ensure orders and shipments are completed accurately and on time
- Train and assist team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with employees and management in both Spanish and English
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
