Health Source Group is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for clinical opportunities in partnership with SnapCare throughout the Portland, Oregon area. Health Source Group supports healthcare organizations with dependable clinical staffing solutions and is continuing to expand its nursing roster to meet growing demand.

About the Role

We are currently staffing:

• Immediate openings for ongoing assignments
• Per diem and short-term coverage opportunities
• Contract and long-term placements
• Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling roles

Responsibilities

Assignments may include:

• Providing direct patient care across clinical settings
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Opportunities Include:

• Hospital & Acute Care Assignments
• Outpatient & Ambulatory Care
• Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation Facilities
• Per Diem / Float Coverage

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN License
• BLS / CPR Certification (ACLS may be required depending on assignment)
• Minimum of 6 months–1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Pay Range: $42–$52 per hour (based on experience and assignment)
