Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Ensure compliance with established nursing protocols and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
- Scrubs/dress code to be followed as per facility policy.
