• Aid in the installation of solar panels using hand tools.
• Work on commercial rooftops and carports.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in daily duties.

• 1+ year of outdoor construction experience.
• Comfortable working at various heights.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Effective communication skills.

• Willingness to attend a scissor lift certification course.
• Experience in solar installation is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yuma, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Yuma,AZ.
