Product Manager, Engagement

Driving retention metrics for Cloaked's consumer product, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will design and ship product experiences that enhance user habits, run experiments to understand engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and improve features that drive user retention and daily engagement Run experiments and analyze data to iterate on product features effectively Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product experiences Required qualifications Proven experience in shipping features that measurably improve user retention Deep understanding of retention mechanics, including habit formation and personalization Strong analytical skills with experience in running experiments and reading cohort data Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand feasibility Ability to communicate clearly and bring cross-functional teams together
