KITCHEN MANAGER
Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations across multiple high-volume dining concepts at one of Philadelphia's most exciting hospitality destinations. This is a working leadership role — you will be on the floor, leading your team through service, owning food quality, and driving real results. This is not a desk job. We want an operator who earns respect by showing up and setting the standard every shift. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead day-to-day BOH operations across multiple high-volume concepts
• Work the line alongside your team during peak service periods
• Coach, develop, and retain line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen supervisors
• Own food quality, consistency, and plating standards across all dayparts
• Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste reduction
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and health code compliance at all times
• Collaborate with culinary and FOH leadership to align on service execution
• Build a kitchen culture rooted in accountability, speed, and pride --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven BOH leadership experience in high-volume, multi-concept environments
• A hands-on operator — someone who leads from the front
• Strong command of food cost management, labor control, and kitchen systems
• Casino, hotel, or large-scale entertainment venue experience is a strong plus
• Track record of developing and retaining kitchen talent
• ServSafe certification or equivalent
