Operations Clerk

Kelly Services is hiring in Reno, NV!

• Pay: $18.25–$19.25/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 100% onsite
• Job Type: Temporary-to-possible-permanent
• Assignment: 3–6 months initially

Job Summary

Support transportation and logistics operations by entering shipment data, registering orders, tracking shipments, and responding to customer communications. Work with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues and keep shipments moving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of related experience required
• Transportation or logistics experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Typing speed of 40 WPM and 10-key proficiency
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
