VP, Cybersecurity Operations

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• We need 15+ years of experience spanning cybersecurity, information security, risk management, and information technology.
• We require at least 5+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership positions.
• We look for strong working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST.
• We require experience with regulatory and compliance standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, CIS, and similar frameworks.
• We expect proven success in designing and running enterprise security programs.
• We need excellent communication skills and executive-level presentation ability.
• We value strong analytical, project management, budget oversight, and leadership capabilities.
• We need the ability to manage complex security initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant cybersecurity leadership credentials.

• We will have you define and execute an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy.
• You will lead cybersecurity operations, risk management, cloud security, incident response, and security architecture efforts.
• We expect you to establish and sustain cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance structures.
• You will shape security architecture roadmaps and assess emerging technologies and security controls.
• You will oversee cybersecurity risk evaluations and recommend mitigation plans.
• You will partner with technology leadership to deploy security solutions and protective safeguards.
• We will rely on you to build and manage incident response processes, including identification, containment, recovery, and communications.
• You will ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and contractual security obligations.
• You will provide strategic security input for enterprise initiatives and technology projects.
• You will deliver executive and board reporting on cybersecurity maturity, risk exposure, and strategic focus areas.
• You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, regulators, and business partners.
• You will lead and coach senior cybersecurity leaders and technical teams.
