Responsibilities Support the coordination of national and international competitions for the goIT program. Provide on-site and virtual program support, manage partnerships and programming coordination for schools, and lead goIT trainings for program partners. Assist in-person and virtual delivery during large-scale goIT programs. Problem solve with teachers, collect content for communications and social media, and collect and analyze pre- and post-survey data for all events. Coordinate onboarding of schools and volunteers; facilitate program activities and sessions. Facilitate the program, collect feedback, and prepare reports; create and curate content. Collaborate with the global program team to design and pilot new program content, including technology pathways, learning modules, online courses, and impact assessment tools. Work with TCS partners and clients to coordinate impactful, well-organized events; facilitate training and events related to goIT. Ensure all program materials are created, assembled, and shipped in a timely manner. Create internal and external facing content to promote and recap events; engage employees, clients, and government stakeholders during goIT events. Represent TCS in external forums, events, and conferences. Lead teaching and professional development efforts; develop engaging curriculum for middle and high school learners; own and manage projects. Support collaboration across departments and with external partners to reach shared goals; manage volunteers and volunteer groups. Maintain strong planning and organizational skills; operate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, and changing work environment. Qualifications & Experience Teaching experience with significant student growth; experience developing engaging curriculum for middle and high school learners; ability to lead professional development for classroom teachers. Ability to work independently and in a team; self-directed with initiative, creativity, analytical and organizational management skills. Excellent written, editing, and presentation skills; superb communications. Ability to lead and manage volunteers and volunteer groups; collaborative with other departments and peers to reach goals. Strong planning and organizational skills with close attention to detail; ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 35% within the United States. Desired Skills and Experience Ability to travel; highly adaptive with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work on multiple projects at national and administrative levels; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
