Harvest Seasonal Grill is looking for experienced Prep Cooks to join our team!

We're looking for highly motivated, experienced Prep Cooks who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)
- Assist with daily prep to support line cooks and service needs
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage spaces
- Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product as needed
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Communicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold Harvest's brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work
- Perform additional duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant operations
