• Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits accurately.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Work toward individual sales goals and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current wireless products, promotions, and industry offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to support sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing product training, sales coaching, and professional development.
