The Role:

• Lead sophisticated creditors’ side commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters
\n
• Handle significant creditors’ committee representation, restructures, workouts, and enforcement

• Drive strategy in high-stakes cases with direct client exposure
\n
• Hybrid schedule: flexible remote with regular in-office presence in Encino
\n

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary up to $220k (DOE)

Must-Haves:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of focused commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights experience
\n
• Strong track record representing secured and unsecured creditors
\n
• Experience in complex restructures, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings
\n
• Active California Bar admission
\n
• Comfort leading cases, mentoring, and advising clients independently
