Job Duties & Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as a subject‑matter expert in designated process categories and ensuring smooth execution and high productivity. Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and other standards. Promote and drive customer participation in company programs, such as loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment. Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect, adhering to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1‑3 years of experience Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred Benefits & Pay Targeted Pay Range: $19.50 - $28.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
