Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: FLAWLESS CLEANING SERVICES FLORIDA LLCJOB DESCRIPTION Department: Marketing & Business Development Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require Performance Bonus: Up to $,1,000 monthly Mileage Reimbursement: $0.35 per approved business mile POSITION SUMMARY Flawless Cleaning Services Florida LLC is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach & Business Development Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of our residential and commercial cleaning divisions. Community Outreach & Brand Awareness Represent Flawless Cleaning Services professionally throughout Brevard County. Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, homeowners associations, apartment complexes, and residential developments. Visit residential neighborhoods and distribute approved marketing materials where permitted. Attend local networking events, business expos, community gatherings, and Chamber of Commerce meetings. Identify community sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Coordinate promotional activities that increase awareness of the Flawless Cleaning Services brand. Maintain a positive and professional company image during all interactions. 2. Residential Business Development Identify opportunities to increase recurring residential cleaning customers. Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and property management companies. Establish referral partnerships for move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. Visit apartment communities and leasing offices to introduce company services. Generate qualified residential leads and refer interested prospects to the appropriate management team. Promote weekly, biweekly, and monthly residential cleaning programs. Assist with approved residential marketing campaigns and promotions. 3. Commercial Business Development Visit local businesses, professional offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, and commercial properties. Introduce Flawless Cleaning Services' commercial cleaning capabilities. Identify potential opportunities for janitorial contracts and specialty cleaning services. Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and commercial property managers. Coordinate prospective commercial walkthroughs with management. Maintain a pipeline of potential commercial accounts. Follow up with business contacts to maintain relationships and identify future opportunities. Record all qualified leads and business opportunities in Zoho CRM. Maintain accurate contact information and prospect records. Document outreach activities, conversations, and follow-up dates. Track referrals and potential business opportunities. Coordinate lead handoffs to residential or commercial management. Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and marketing activities. Follow up with prospects according to company procedures. Work collaboratively with the company's existing digital marketing representative. Coordinate field marketing activities with ongoing email and digital marketing campaigns. Identify promotional opportunities based on community feedback. Provide management with recommendations for improving brand awareness. Assist with distributing promotional materials and communicating approved special offers. 6. Reporting & Accountability Submit weekly business development reports. Track qualified leads, community visits, business visits, and partnerships. Maintain an updated prospect pipeline. Participate in weekly management check-ins. Meet established outreach and lead generation performance goals. Provide recommendations for improving business development strategies. The employee will be evaluated on the following: Consistency and productivity of field outreach. Number and quality of leads generated. Residential and commercial opportunities developed. Accuracy of CRM documentation. Professionalism and community engagement. Contribution to new recurring company revenue. Compliance with company policies and procedures. TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS Must possess a valid driver's license. Must maintain reliable personal transportation. Must maintain legally required automobile insurance. Must be willing to travel throughout Brevard County. Must maintain accurate business mileage records. Approved business mileage will be reimbursed at $0.35 per mile, subject to applicable law and company policy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, sales, or customer relations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules. Professional appearance and conduct. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable approaching individuals and businesses. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to use or learn CRM software. Reliable transportation. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires frequent travel, community visits, business outreach, networking activities, and occasional administrative work. The employee must be comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication with company leadership. ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS The employee must protect confidential company information, customer information, pricing, marketing strategies, and business development records. All leads, customer relationships, prospect information, and business opportunities developed during employment must be documented in company-approved systems.
