Assistant Branch Manager
1 st MidAmerica is a trusted financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the communities we serve and our focus on delivering an array of financial products for each step in their financial journey. We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager.
We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to direct and coordinate the activities of personnel at a full-service branch. Supporting the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets set goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading branch staff through training and coaching.
- Driving branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch.
- Building Credit Union presence in the community and developing new members and relationships.
- Providing excellent member service and resolving inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
