Note: We are looking for Solution Architect, Who is very strong in Gen AI, LangChain, CrewAI, RAG, Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.


Job Description:


We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI & Agentic Systems Consultant with proven experience in building and deploying production-grade Gen AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI prototypes. This role requires strong full-stack engineering skills, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:


AI System Development

• Design and implement RAG-based Gen AI solutions using LLMs and vector databases, with successful deployment in production environments.
• Build agentic AI prototypes using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration tools.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and enterprise use cases.

Full-Stack Engineering

• Develop intuitive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build robust back-end services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops for continuous improvement and reliability.

Security & Governance

• Apply best practices for prompt safety, content moderation, and access control.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Coordinate effectively with offshore and distributed teams , managing time zone differences and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Experience in offshore team coordination , including managing handoffs, aligning priorities, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on business impact.
• Ability to mentor and upskill team members in Gen AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Proven experience building and deploying Gen AI applications end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade AI deployments and governance.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or technical publications.
