Support Associate The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This role includes a variety of sales operations functions, such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor, and reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner. Enter all receiving documents into the computer system and reconcile merchandise invoices with items received. Accurately and timely complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests. Process visual packet materials, props and signage in a timely manner, and properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations and signage placement, as directed. Support the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards through strong operational processes that enable a cohesive omni‑channel experience. Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving, seek personal development opportunities, and solicit feedback. Perform other duties as assigned, including boutique cleanliness and organization. Demonstrate key competencies: living the company’s values and guiding principles, managing complexity, planning and aligning work, organizational savvy, and courage. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company. Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing. Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines. Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation. Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired. Communicate with customers, associates, and management; wear and use a headset. Regular attendance is essential to cover company objectives. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of an 8‑hour shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1‑33% of an 8‑hour shift. Frequent climbing – 34‑66% of an 8‑hour shift. Starting at $15.16/hour or city/local minimum wage as applicable.
