Department Manager - Growth OEMs Germany

This challenge awaits you: As Department Manager of the Growth OEMs Germany division, you will be primarily responsible for strategic business development and the expansion of customer relationships. You will develop innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and competitiveness, while simultaneously advancing the digital transformation of sales processes. Your role requires strong communication skills and the ability to leverage synergies within the group to achieve sustainable business success. Your Tasks: You will negotiate our proposals with customers and support bid teams in preparing proposals and setting target prices. You will build relationships with our customers. You will support initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance competitiveness. You will be part of the VW Group’s sales team and leverage cross-functional synergies through collaboration with other key and account managers across the Group’s various brands. You will further develop our sales processes with a focus on increasing digitalization. Necessary Skills: A bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in business development or project management Strong professional connections within the Volkswagen Group (Audi, CARIAD, Porsche, and/or Volkswagen) Strong communication and assertiveness skills Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level) Desired Skills: Conflict resolution skills and a willingness to take responsibility Entrepreneurial mindset and customer focus Modern mobility is a key challenge of our times.
