Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion about making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Reliable method of transportation. Important Information Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start off part‑time. Encouraged to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6 month commitment required. Desired Experience Education or early childhood development Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles After‑school programs or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one No experience?
