BCBA- Full Time - Clinic

We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance.

Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, we individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work

BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing

BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).

Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.

You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Owners are not involved in clinical decisions

You will be supported by our clinic’s experience Clinical Director

Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training

Has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.

All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

Leadership and mentorship opportunities available

Opportunities for you to move up to Regional Director as your employer opens new locations.

Option of transferring to a different location, if you need to move away.
