Retail Customer Experience Specialist

Provide support to Blue Ridge customers for billing, troubleshooting, retention, and sales interactions Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries in a single customer interaction Communicate information and directions to customers in an organized and concise manner Educate customers about product and service features and benefits Promote self-service options Recommend product solutions through upgrades, self-installs, and equipment swaps Track and process payments, provide receipts, and complete cash and check deposits Act as a product consultant and make recommendations based on customer needs and interests Identify buying signals, ask for the sale, and reinforce value to existing customers Explain account information with a focus on first-interaction resolution Resolve complaints and concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving Provide 30-pound equipment boxes to customers Inspect the store to ensure it is clean and well-stocked Work as a brand ambassador by assisting customers by phone and at the retail counter Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Established residency in Pennsylvania High School Diploma or G.E.D. Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record Previous customer service and/or sales experience is a plus Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to work as part of a team Bilingual Spanish is a plus Ability to build positive rapport quickly with customers Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes Ability to perform duties while adhering to company policies and procedures Ability to create solutions and implement innovative changes Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Ability to regularly work in the local BRC office as scheduled Ability to travel to the Lehighton Call Center for training/as needed High-speed data connection with a minimum of 400 Mbps download Quiet, dedicated office space for work-from-home training Dependability and ability to work overtime if needed Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
