Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative role supporting Illumina's proteomics product sales across the Americas. The position involves prospecting via email and phone, qualifying inbound leads, scheduling appointments with field sales teams, and managing CRM documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to target accounts promoting proteomics products
- Qualify inbound leads and respond to marketing-generated inquiries
- Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for regional field sales representatives
- Nurture leads showing interest but not ready to purchase; document all activity in Salesforce
- Meet daily KPIs for call activity and collaborate with sales team to achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- B2B virtual or inside sales experience, preferably healthcare or pharmaceutical
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and active listening abilities
Compensation: $52,600 - $78,800 base salary
