Additional responsibilities include preparing lease agreements and coordinating resident events. The Neighborhood Manager works alongside the Regional Manager and oversees the maintenance team to provide the best resident experience. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct apartment home tours to potential prospects Answer phone calls and emails Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notify related parties of any needed adjustments Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options Walk through units prior to resident move‑in date Complete move‑in paperwork Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents Ensure grounds are well kept and address any concerns with maintenance Adhere to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and controlled expenses Travel between Redwood neighborhoods may be required Oversee on‑site staff, assist in hiring, disciplinary actions, and approve bi‑weekly timecards Be accessible for calls or emergencies outside regular hours as needed All other related duties, as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year management experience Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Prior sales or leasing experience Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers Physical Requirements Lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk.
