Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Applicants must hold valid Pennsylvania SLP credentials and have relevant experience delivering effective speech-language therapy in a pediatric or school setting. Your expertise will help ensure children are set up for success in their critical developmental years.

Qualifications:

Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC-SLP certification required
Previous experience with preschool-aged (preK) caseloads
Familiarity with early intervention strategies in school environments
Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Dedication to collaborative work with school teams and families

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans, and deliver targeted therapy to early learners
Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s communication needs
Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student success
