About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Warminster, PA. This role focuses on assembling components according to specified instructions, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols to support efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to provided instructions and quality standards
• Handle parts weighing up to 10 lbs safely and consistently
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment as directed
• Ensure products meet quality and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and workplace procedures
• Report any production issues or defects to supervisors
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and proper part handling
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle components up to 10 lbs
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Dependability and ability to work scheduled shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with hand tools or assembly equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing environments
