Event Assistant

We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with event managers, coordinators, clients, vendors, and internal teams to support the planning and execution of successful event marketing campaigns and live events .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in event planning, event coordination, marketing, communications, and project management .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist event managers and coordinators with planning and executing events, including venue coordination, event logistics, scheduling, and vendor management .
• Provide administrative and organizational support by preparing event timelines, documents, schedules, databases, and other project materials.
• Support on-site event operations , including attendee registration, event materials, setup, organization, and responding to attendee questions.
• Assist with the development of event marketing materials and promotional content , including presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and other communications.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Help track event expenses, schedules, materials, and other important project details.
• Collect and organize event performance data, attendee feedback, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and event teams as well as external partners to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Help ensure events are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with client goals and brand standards.

Requirements amp; Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management , or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, event marketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
