Your Responsibilities

• Identify promising healthcare candidates through our cutting-edge platform and your personal network
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluation
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation

• Earnings for each qualified meeting you arrange
