Business Development Representative

We have simplified the check-in process for millions of patients across the U.S. The company offers pre-check-in, check-in, and electronic form services. These services can be used in clinics, hospitals, and a variety of other healthcare settings. Position Responsibilities Outreach to prospective clients through 65+ cold calls per day Qualify leads from various marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Present value propositions to prospects in a professional and accurate manner Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Regional Sales Directors Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Consistently update, track, and report key data points in the CRM Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications: Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role Experience with high-volume cold calling Resilient and confident with an eager willingness to call on prospects Confident and energetic phone presence Understanding of sales performance metrics Track record of achieving sales quotas Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Ability to deliver engaging presentations Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field Compensation $50k-$60k.
