Job Description Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and Customer Success and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. Zero-to-one build, high autonomy, direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders. This role is a six-month contract to hire role. The conversion could happen sooner than six months. The client is located in Redwood city, and to be considered for Full-Time conversion, you will need to be on-site at least three days a week. Functional priority: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success. Be able to commute to Redwood City at least one day a week. Will also accept Bay Aea remote applicants but they will not have a chance of converting.
