Seasonal Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to support high-volume holiday and seasonal programs. This role schedules and orients volunteers, assists with check-in, and ensures a positive, mission-aligned experience. You’ll coordinate shifts, maintain accurate records, communicate logistics, and collaborate with staff to meet program needs. Ideal candidates are organized, compassionate, and confident working in a fast-paced, faith-based environment, engaging diverse groups to serve homeless and at-risk families in the Tampa Bay community.
