Registered Nurse PreOp PACU Float
Surgery Ventures
Surgery Ventures, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Seasonal PRN RN PreOp/PACU Float to support ambulatory surgery centers. This nurse prepares patients for surgery, completes assessments, reviews histories and medications, starts IVs, and provides education. Postoperatively, the RN monitors vitals, manages pain and nausea, and ensures safe recovery and discharge. The role floats between PreOp and PACU based on clinical need, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and ASC teams. Requires strong critical thinking, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and commitment to patient-centered, efficient outpatient surgical care.
