Position Highlights
- Full-Time Permanent Position
- Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)
- Competitive Pay: $33.85 – $47.02/hr (based on experience)
- Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
Requirements
- Active RN License (Florida or Compact License)
- Recent Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience preferred
- RN Diploma, ADN, or BSN
- BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- PALS or ENPC Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
- TNCC Certification (required within 1 year of hire)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
