Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Location: Hudson, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.85 – $47.02 per hour
• $4.75/hour night shift differential
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond rapidly to critical and life-threatening conditions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Florida or compact state)
• Minimum 6 months of ER / Emergency Department experience
• BLS & ACLS (required within 30 days of hire)
• PALS or ENPC (within 6 months)
• TNCC (within 1 year)
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of ER experience
• Trauma or high-acuity hospital experience
• Prior experience in fast-paced emergency settings
