Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, shift differentials, excellent benefits, and career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $33.85 – $47.02/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate emergency patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN
• Emergency Department or Acute Care RN experience preferred
• BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• PALS or ENPC Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• TNCC Certification (required within 1 year of hire)
